This Privacy Policy (together with any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data that we may collect from you, provided to us, disclosed and processed by us. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our website.

If you are a minor (under the age of 18 according to applicable laws), please do not send any personal data about yourself to us. iv. transaction data, which includes limited information of your credit card details, billing and mailing address;

(b) if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence for our record purposes or should we need to follow-up on your requests.

1.4 We only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary. Data may be archived as long as the purpose for which the data was used still exists.

1.5 If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (e.g. information of your spouse, children or parents), by submitting such information to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their personal data for the respective purposes set out in this Privacy  Policy.

(d) persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws and regulations in or outside Singapore such as law enforcement agencies and government for security, customs and immigration purposes. Please be informed that the initial recipients of such information may share your personal data with other government agencies or enforcement authorities.

(e) actual or proposed transferees or participants of our services in or outside Singapore; or

(f) any other party to whom you authorise us to disclose your Personal Data to.

We shall endeavour to ensure that our personnel, agents, advisors, consultants, contractors and such other parties above who are involved in the collection, use and disclosure of your data will observe and adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and to treat it in accordance with the law.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
