Wheelchair assistance for boarding: Visit our Horizon Fast Ferry office one hour before departure to request this service. This service is complimentary.
Wheelchair check-in: You may check in the wheelchair at the Checked Baggage counter beside Immigration on Level 2 for S$10. This fee applies whether or not you have other checked luggage and is not part of the free baggage allowance.
Each passenger may bring 1 hand-carry bag up to 10kg and 1 checked-in luggage up to 20kg. Extra baggage can be purchased at the counter.
Both HarbourFront Centre and Harbour Bay Downtown are equipped with lifts, and staff are available to assist. Please note that VIP and Business Class seats are on the upper deck, which is only accessible by stairs.

No. All passengers, including children and infants, require a ticket at the standard adult rate.
VIP Class tickets cannot be booked online. To reserve, please contact us directly through WhatsApp at +65 9158 1013 (preferred) or call our office.
Booking a ticket with us is simple and convenient. Our pricing remains consistent no matter where you choose to book. You have various options:
Online Booking (Highly Recommend): You'll receive e-tickets within minutes of booking confirmation. Plus, when you book through our website, you'll be eligible to use our Immigration Lane Autogate (ILA). Terms & conditions apply.
WhatsApp Booking (Preferred) : If you already have a physical ticket and wish to book for a Singapore or Batam trip, you can reach us on WhatsApp at +65 91581013.

If your passport is already verified but you still do not see your e-boarding pass, try the following:
Check spam or junk folder – the email may have landed there.
Confirm your email address – make sure the correct email was used when booking.
Search your inbox – look for “Horizon Fast Ferry” in case it is under promotions or updates.
Contact us – if you still cannot find it, email [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 9158 1013 and we will assist you.
Verification is a simple process to confirm that your passport is valid and not expired. It only needs to be done once per passport, unless you renew or change your passport.
To complete verification, send a copy of your passport details page to WhatsApp +65 9158 1013 (preferred) or [email protected]. Once verified, your e-boarding pass will be issued to the email used in your booking.
Business Class and VIP passengers will be issued three tickets: one to scan through Immigration, one when boarding to indicate Business Class seating, and one at Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal Immigration for the priority lane.
You should receive three emails after booking: a receipt, a booking confirmation, and an e-boarding pass. For return tickets, you will get two separate e-boarding passes—one for Singapore to Batam and one for Batam to Singapore. These are not interchangeable.
If you did not receive your e-boarding pass, there are two possible reasons:
Passport not verified: Send a copy of your passport details page to [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 9158 1013. Once verified, your e-boarding pass will be sent to the email used in your booking.
Email issue: Check your spam or junk folder, confirm your email address is correct, and search for “Horizon Fast Ferry.” If it is still missing, contact us and we will assist you.
Yes, if you are departing from Singapore, you must present a printed e-boarding pass. For departures from Batam, printing is not required—you can scan directly from your phone. If you are traveling with multiple passengers, we recommend giving each passenger their own QR code to avoid delays at boarding.
Yes, we do. Portable WiFi is available for S$5 per day and can connect up to 16 devices at once. Devices are picked up and returned at our Horizon Fast Ferry office in Batam (Bay Front Mall 2nd Floor).
Yes. Car charters are available with an English-speaking driver, priced per 10 hours with the option to add extra hours if needed.

Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 1 hour before departure to allow time for check-in, Immigration clearance, and boarding.
We accept all major credit cards. Additionally, we accept cash for in-person bookings at our counter.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many travelers from ASEAN countries do not need a visa. To check if you require a visa, please visit the official immigration site: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/web/visa-selection.
Immigration Lane Autogate is designed to streamline the immigration process for eligible travelers by employing advanced biometric authentication and document verification technology. Travelers who meet specific eligibility criteria, such as nationality, age, and visa status, can use the ILA.
ILA is eligible for the following individuals:
- All ASEAN nationals, including citizens of Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Travelers aged 14 years and above.
- Holders of KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit Card) and KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit Card) passes.
All Indonesians and KITAS/KITAP pass holders can use ILA upon first arrival because your biometrics have been collected during the registration process. The use of ILA is free and remains valid throughout the life of your passport or pass. However, once your passport or pass expires, you will need to go through the same registration process again to continue using ILA.
Not at the moment. All transfers currently go through Harbour Bay Downtown in Batam, with a speed boat connection to Nirup Island. We are working towards offering a direct departure from Singapore in the near future.
The preferred way to book is through WhatsApp at +65 9158 1013 (Singapore). You can also book by calling our Batam office at +62 778 741 5100. Seats are subject to availability, so advance booking is strongly recommended.
Take Horizon Fast Ferry from Singapore HarbourFront Centre to Harbour Bay Downtown, Batam. Upon arrival, you must collect your Nirup transfer ticket at the Horizon Fast Ferry Batam office, located at Bayfront Mall Level 2. From there, proceed to the domestic terminal for your speed boat transfer to Nirup Island.
Tickets are Rp200,000 per person, one way.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional level of security for your Horizon Fast Ferry online account by requiring users to provide two distinct sets of credentials to confirm their identity. This involves combining the password (first factor) with either a phone number, email address, or both (second factor). By implementing 2FA, Horizon Fast Ferry strengthens the security of their online accounts, minimizing the possibility of unauthorized access, even in the event of a compromised password.
To activate 2FA, follow these steps:
- Log in to your registered account.
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select 'My Account.'
- Under 'Personal Data,' click 'Edit Profile.'
- Choose to activate 2FA for email, phone, or both.
- Click ‘Save Profile.’
Ensure your email address and phone number are updated and correct. Your phone number should also have WhatsApp, as we send the OTP code via this platform. 2FA will be activated the next time you log in.
