Services & Amenities at Singapore Cruise Centre

The new HarbourFront terminal is built for convenience. Self-service check-in kiosks and bag drop make getting through the terminal fast and easy, with a dedicated counter available for oversized baggage.

Once you are checked in, everything else is close by: duty-free shopping, food and drinks, money changers, ATMs, and SIM card counters. There’s also a nursing room, prayer room, and public toilets on both levels.

Driving in? Drive straight to the drop-off zone or park in the car park, which has EV charging stations. Either way, it’s just a short walk to check-in.

With most of these clustered around the check-in area, you can knock out everything you need — food, cash, and a SIM card before you even reach the boarding gate.

If You are Departing for Batam

Step 1: Get Dropped Off or Park

Being dropped off? Head straight to the drop-off zone right outside the terminal entrance. Driving yourself? Use the car park, which also has EV charging stations.

Step 2: Head to Level 1 & Collect Your Ticket at The Counter

Level 1 has several ferry operator counters along with self-service kiosks. Horizon Fast Ferry passengers can’t yet use the self-service kiosk to collect tickets. For now, please head straight to the Horizon Fast Ferry counter, located near the main entrance, to collect your boarding pass.

Step 3: Wait or Head up to Level 2

Level 1 has seating if you’d like to wait. Once you’ve collected your ticket, take the escalator up to Level 2 — the departure hall.

Step 4: Departure Hall and Immigration

On Level 2, you’ll find duty-free shopping, food and drinks, and other services before heading through immigration clearance to your boarding gate.

If You Are Arriving from Batam

Once your ferry docks at Singapore Cruise Centre, you will clear the Arrival gate on Level 1. From there, you can head straight out of the terminal building.

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s available across both floors of the new Singapore Cruise Centre terminal, so you know exactly where to head once you’re inside.

For food and drinks, Level 1 has Anua Café (#01-13) for coffee and light bites, plus Old Chang Kee (#01-12) if you’re craving a curry puff before boarding. Head up to Level 2 and you’ll find Subway (#02-13) for sandwiches and salads, along with Tuckshop (#02-10/11) for a quick, casual local meal.

For duty-free shopping, Singapore Duty Free has outlets on both sides of the terminal — one in the Arrival Hall on Level 1 (#01-01/02) for liquor, tobacco, and confectionery, and another in the Departure Hall on Level 2 (#02-08/09) for perfumes, cosmetics, and spirits.

For travel essentials and services, Anua Money Exchanger has counters on both Level 1 (#01-15) and Level 2 (#02-03), and a DBS ATM (#01-ATM-1) on Level 1 gives you 24/7 access to cash. If you’d rather explore Singapore Cruise Centre or HarbourFront without dragging your bags around, Lex Luggage (#01-16 to 16A) on Level 1 offers short-term storage and baggage transfer. Need help sorting out your ferry ticket or a holiday package while you’re there? Soon Travel (#01-09A) on Level 1 has you covered.

For everyday retail, there’s a 7-Eleven (#02-02) on Level 2 for snacks and travel essentials, and YG Mobile has counters on both Level 1 (#01-12A) and Level 2 (#02-12) if you need a local SIM card or roaming data before you land in Batam or Singapore.
