What’s the SGAC?

The SGAC is a mandatory digital form that collects your travel and health information. It’s required for all foreign visitors. However, some travelers are exempt from submitting the SGAC:

  • Passengers transiting or transferring through Singapore without immigration clearance.
  • Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, and Long-Term Pass holders* traveling through Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints.

*Long-Term Pass holders include Student’s Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, and Work Pass holders.

Step 1: Get Ready

Before you start, have your travel details handy:

  • Date of arrival
  • Ferry information (Horizon Fast Ferry)
  • Your accommodation details (or select “day trip” if applicable)
Step 2: Access the SGAC

You can submit your SGAC online via the ICA website or through the MyICA mobile app. Either option works great!

Step 3: Fill in Your Details
  1. Choose “individual” or “group” submission.
  2. Enter your personal and travel details (mode of travel: “Sea”, ferry: “Horizon Fast Ferry”).
  3. Provide your accommodation details or select “day trip” if you’re not staying overnight.
Step 4: Submit Early

You must submit your SGAC within three days before your arrival, including the day of arrival. For example, if you’re arriving on 30 Jun 2023, you can submit the form as early as 28 Jun 2023. Submitting early will help avoid any delays during immigration clearance. Once processed, you’ll receive a QR code via email—keep this ready.

Step 5: Present Your SGAC at Immigration
